New marks accomplished by our associated companies – IT Sector and ReadinessIT

Our growth is the growth of our associated companies. Having that said, we share some of the new marks accomplished by two of them recently – IT Sector and ReadinessIT.

ITSector opened its 6th Software Development Center in Portugal, at CEI – Centro de Empresas Inovadoras, in Castelo Branco, Portugal.

With this investment (budgeted at € 3m), the company adds to the existing units in Porto (headquarters), Lisbon, Braga, Aveiro and Bragança, another space dedicated to the development of nearshore projects for the financial sector.

The technology company has already begun a recruitment process to meet its goal of hiring 17 employees to operate from Castelo Branco by the end of 2019.

Also, ReadinessIT has been recognized as one of the best technology companies in the world in the digital transformation segment by the international magazine APAC CIO Outlook. This is the first time that a national company features in this ranking of 10 international companies, which makes this achievement even more remarkable.

This recognition was the result of the work developed in the User Experience area in countries such as Chile, Peru and New Zealand. As a result, ReadinessIT now assumes itself as one of the leading companies working in the digital transformation field.

In the beginning of December, ReadinessIT’s new headquarters in the Campanhã area received the visit of Porto City Hall representatives, who had the opportunity to get to know some of the solutions developed for Telco Industries around the world and also a brand new product to be released in 2020.
