Porto Tech Hub and ISEP announce opening of applications for technological training courses

The SWitCH Dev (programming) and SWitCH QA (requalification) training courses, promoted by Porto Tech Hub in partnership with the Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto (ISEP), will start in October and registration is now open.

In the first, a postgraduate course, the focus is on six key areas (software engineering, methodologies, tools, support techniques and development in a business context) and includes “workshops, presentations and projects developed with Porto Tech Hub member companies”.

The second focuses on retraining for technology-related positions and “is aimed at people with IT experience who want to work in quality assurance and automated testing, but also at those looking for a turning point in their career”.

Porto Tech Hub also announced that applications for two other courses will open in June: SWitCH Cyber and SWitCH Big Data. Both these courses, as well as SWitCH Dev and SWitCH QA, are “taught in person at ISEP”.
